Our Projects

Community Encounters: Festivals, Seminars, Social Activities

Beyond tennis, we organize regular encounters for parents and relatives of program participants.
These include Hanukkah, Purim, and Ramadan festivals, family picnics, and parents’ days.
Workshops cover topics such as healthy eating, parenting, and community building, with a monthly mothers’ pop-up café as a hub.
Such gatherings strengthen family bonds and create bridges between households.

Teen Girls Empowerment Program

Teenage girls join dedicated workshops and training that focus on leadership, self-confidence, and wellbeing.
They engage in guided discussions about identity, challenges, and aspirations.
Sports are combined with personal development to encourage resilience and ambition.
The program helps young women see themselves as leaders in both school and society.

After School Tennis and Homework Clubs

Each week, around 150 children from Fureidis and Jisr a-Zarqa join Jewish peers from Beit Hanania, Binyamina, and Pardes Hana at our clubhouse in Moshav Beit Hanania.
Volunteers and teachers work with the kids on art, languages, and social activities before they head to the courts.
Tennis classes are given according to age and ability, with Jewish and Arab coaches working side by side.
The program builds friendships, confidence, and shared learning between neighboring communities.

Jewish-Arab Summer Camps

Since 2020, our annual summer camp has brought together Jewish and Arab children for a week of sports, culture, and discovery.
Kids train intensively in tennis while also sharing languages, meals, and cultural activities.
For many, it is the first time making a real friend from the other community.
Post-camp surveys show children are surprised at how much they have in common, and eager to return each year.

Twinning with Neighbouring Tennis Clubs

We have established partnerships with clubs in the Menashe Municipality, Hof HaCarmel Municipality, and Binyamina.
These exchanges create opportunities for joint training sessions, matches, and cultural visits.
Youth experience new environments and expand their networks of friendship.
Such twinning ensures the project’s reach and influence extend far beyond a single community.

Joint Tournaments between Jewish and Arab Communities

Our tournaments are not only about competition, but also about cooperation.
Children practice together, play doubles in mixed teams, and get to know each other off the court.
These events highlight teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect.
Parents and communities cheer from the sidelines, seeing real friendships form.

Tennis at School

Using mini-tennis — one of the best ways to introduce children to the game — we bring tennis into local schools in partnership with municipalities and teachers. Our coaches run fun sessions during PE classes and breaks, giving kids their first taste of the sport. Children already in our programs also visit schools to share their experiences, inspiring classmates and showing how tennis can build confidence, friendship, and opportunity.

Employment and Internship Program

Over 30 teen participants have been supported to take certified coaching courses, with full costs covered by us.
They then return to intern and later work within our programs as assistant coaches and mentors.
This pathway provides valuable professional experience and employment.
It ensures sustainability by creating the next generation of Jewish and Arab role models.
