Refurbishment of Courts

The Freddie Krivine Initiative provides funds to resurface, refurbish, re-fence and equip tennis , courts in a number schools and neighbourhoods. So to bring the benefits of playing tennis and becoming actively engaged in sport to as many young people and families as possible. Schools in Israel finish the day early afternoon and many children have little to do while they wait for their parents to return from work. Having tennis courts in low socio-economic areas allows the children to have a safe place to enjoy themselves, hitting against a wall, playing tennis with a friend, or in doubles, with no need to get a team together
